1. Overview
Trisynx ("we", "our", or "us") provides software that transforms video content into structured notes and downloadable documents using speech transcription, visual understanding, and artificial intelligence.
This Privacy Policy describes how information is collected, processed, used, and shared when you access or use Trisynx.
2. Information We Process
Information processed depends on how you interact with Trisynx. This may include:
3. Product Analytics
If you choose to accept analytics, Trisynx uses PostHog to understand how the product is used and to identify reliability or usability problems.
After you accept analytics, analytics may include information such as:
- Page visits and navigation activity.
- Authentication and sign-in events.
- Video preflight and generation activity.
- Whether a generation used an existing cached result.
- Credit and checkout funnel activity.
- Payment success or failure events.
- PDF download activity.
- Browser errors and application failures.
- Device, browser, operating system, and referral information.
When you are authenticated and have accepted analytics, analytics activity may be associated with your Trisynx account identifier so that usage across a session can be understood consistently.
We do not intentionally send video transcripts, generated notes, OCR content, authentication tokens, API credentials, or payment credentials to PostHog as product analytics properties.
4. Authentication
Trisynx uses Firebase Authentication and Google Sign-In for account access. When you authenticate, we may receive information made available by Google and Firebase, including your account identifier, email address, display name, and profile image.
Authentication information is used to maintain your account, associate generations and credits with you, enforce usage limits, and prevent unauthorized access.
5. Payments and Credits
Payments are processed through Razorpay. Trisynx may store or process transaction identifiers, order identifiers, purchased credit packs, payment status, and credit balances required to operate the billing system.
Sensitive payment credentials such as card details or UPI authentication credentials are handled by the payment provider and are not intended to be stored directly by Trisynx.
6. How We Use Information
Information may be used to:
- Generate structured notes and downloadable PDFs.
- Authenticate users and maintain accounts.
- Process payments and manage credit balances.
- Enforce free and paid usage entitlements.
- Prevent duplicate trials, misuse, fraud, and abuse.
- Improve product usability and conversion flows.
- Measure feature usage and product performance.
- Diagnose technical failures and reliability problems.
- Operate, secure, maintain, and improve Trisynx.
7. Third-Party Services
Trisynx relies on third-party providers to deliver different parts of the service. Information is shared with these providers when required for the relevant functionality.
These providers process information according to their own terms, privacy policies, and data processing practices.
8. Cookies and Local Storage
Trisynx uses cookies, browser storage, and similar technologies for authentication, security, application state, anti-abuse controls, and reliable operation of the service.
We store your analytics choice in browser storage. If you choose necessary only, Trisynx does not initialize PostHog browser analytics. If you accept analytics, PostHog may store identifiers used to distinguish sessions or users. You can change this choice through the Analytics preferences control in the site footer.
9. Anti-Abuse and Device Controls
Trisynx may process technical identifiers and security signals to enforce usage limits and prevent abuse of free generations, payments, accounts, or platform infrastructure.
Where device-related identifiers are used, Trisynx may store derived or hashed identifiers rather than the original underlying values where supported by the implementation.
10. Data Retention
Processing files such as downloaded media, transcripts, extracted frames, intermediate metadata, summaries, and generated documents may be retained temporarily or cached where required to operate the service efficiently.
Account, entitlement, billing, security, and operational records may be retained for longer periods where needed to maintain account state, enforce credits, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, or operate the service.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and operational requirements.
11. Data Security
We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect information handled by Trisynx. However, no internet-based system or storage method can guarantee absolute security.
Access tokens, provider API credentials, payment verification secrets, and other server-side credentials are not intended to be exposed through client-side analytics.
12. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights relating to personal information, including rights to request access, correction, deletion, or other controls permitted by applicable law.
Requests relating to your account or information can be submitted using the contact details below.
13. Changes to This Policy
Trisynx may update this Privacy Policy as the product, infrastructure, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date shown at the top of this page indicates the latest revision.
This policy describes current Trisynx product and infrastructure practices and may be updated as the service evolves.
